Courtney Kirkby (she) is a holistic uterine care worker. She is a registered massage therapist, a peristeam facilitator and doula. She has trained in multiple abdominal therapies and menstrual charting. Courtney believes this knowledge is our birthright and is an advocate for prevention based, integrated healthcare in Quebec.

She is the co-founder of Tiger Lotus Coop, Community Healing Days, and Studio 414.

Offering holistic care from menarche to menopause.

The Menstrual & Reproductive Clinic offers holistic care for those struggling with menstrual and hormonal conditions and fertility issues. This clinic is open to anyone who has or has had a uterus, from menarche to menopause.

Who it centres:

We centre low income folks who intersect with other barriers to accessing healthcare such as migration status or gender.

We focus on conditions such as:

  • PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids and cysts,

  • irregular/painful/heavy periods and UTI’s

  • fertility struggles & hormonal imbalances

  • perinatal and perimenopause periods

  • uterine surgeries such as C-sections & hysterectomies

We offer:

  • Parent Peer Support Group 9:30-11am

  • Menstrual Charting Workshop 11:15am -12:15pm

60 min bodywork sessions
